Legal
Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use the Recurry app. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If the app was downloaded from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the extent these terms don't cover something.
What Recurry is — and isn't
Recurry is a personal tracker for subscriptions you enter. It is not connected to your bank, to payment providers, or to the services you track. That means:
- Recurry cannot cancel, change, renew, or pay for any subscription. Managing the real subscription always happens with the service that bills you.
- Amounts, totals, and renewal dates shown in the app are calculated from what you entered. They are informational only and may differ from what you are actually billed. Recurry is not financial, tax, or legal advice.
- Renewal reminders and calendar events are a convenience, not a guarantee — device settings, permissions, or entry mistakes can prevent a reminder from appearing. You remain responsible for your own payments and cancellations.
Your account
- You need an account (email and password, Sign in with Apple, or Google) to use Recurry. Keep your credentials to yourself; activity under your account is your responsibility.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app, which permanently erases your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Recurry Premium
- Premium is a one-time in-app purchase made through the Apple App Store, giving lifetime access to the Premium features of the app on accounts you use with the same Apple Account. It is not a recurring subscription.
- Payment, restoration on new devices, and any refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. Use "Restore Purchases" in the app after reinstalling or switching devices.
Fair use
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, or reverse the backend, no automated bulk use, and no use that violates the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Warranty and liability
Recurry is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the same extent, we are not liable for indirect damages or for losses caused by missed reminders, incorrect entries, or unavailability of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your statutory consumer rights.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves; the current version is always published at this address with its effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
